Slovakia in August – Banská Bystrica, Levoča & Bratislava

Konnichiwa! I'm Rin from Yokohama, 32, and I've planned 9 days in Slovakia for August 2027. Rough route: Banská Bystrica, Levoča, Bratislava, Štrbské Pleso. The core is hiking – so lots of hiking, a bit of mountains, and if time permits, castles too. I prefer small and personal accommodation, guesthouses rather than large hotels. It's important to me not to tick things off a list: rather stay somewhere longer if it feels right, visit local markets, strike up conversations with people. I'm relaxed, up early, and enjoy sitting at a table in the evening with a glass of wine or tea. Language-wise, Japanese/English works fine. Looking for a female travel buddy – we don't have to be together 24/7. Sharing meals, spending a day together, or going for a hike is perfectly enough.
