Trinidad and Tobago in February – Port of Spain, Tobago & Pigeon Point

Hello! I'm Zahara from Ruyigi, 25 years old, and I've planned one and a half weeks in Trinidad and Tobago for February 2028. Rough itinerary: Port of Spain, Tobago, Pigeon Point, Asa Wright. The main focus is on a round trip – so lots of carnival, a bit of diving, and if time permits, also wildlife. I prefer small and personal accommodation, more like a guesthouse than large hotels. It's important to me not to tick off everything on a list: I'd rather linger in a place if it feels right, explore local markets, and chat with people. I'm relaxed, an early riser, and in the evening I enjoy sitting at a table with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Linguistically, English and French are fine. I'm looking for a travel buddy – we don't have to be together 24/7. Sharing meals, spending a day together, or going for a hike together is perfectly enough.
