Myanmar in January – Yangon, Bagan & Mandalay

Hi there! I'm Maja from Krakow, 29 years old, and I've planned two weeks in Myanmar for January 2028. Rough itinerary: Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, Inle Lake. The core is a round trip – so lots of temples, a bit of lake, and if time permits, culture too. I prefer small and personal accommodation, more guesthouses than big hotels. It's important to me not to tick boxes: I prefer to linger in a place if it feels right, check out local markets, and chat with people. I'm relaxed, an early bird, and enjoy an evening with a glass of wine or tea at the table. Linguistically, Polish/English is no problem.
