Do you dream of getting to know the world? All countries, exotic landscapes, cultures, wildlife, festivals, religions? Here is your chance, regardless of your finances. What matters is your desire to fulfill your dreams and the commonality of our dreams, interests, and inclinations. My name is Carsten, I am 58 years young and looking for a suitable female companion. You should be younger or have kept yourself in very good shape to keep up. I have traveled about 100 countries by bicycle, public transport, and car. So, the approximately 100 countries I don't know yet are initially on the agenda… Current destinations: first North America: USA, Canada, Central America: Mexico and all the others, Africa, Asia: Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Japan, Russia, Korea, China, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and many more; Europe: Once again, also Australia, South America again please: Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and all the others. Antilles. Antarctica maybe too, it's just a bit difficult by car or public transport ;-) In short: The whole world. The sooner you get in touch, the more say you'll have in the planning. The start is in about a year – I'm a bit flexible about that and of course, quite a bit needs to be prepared. Preferred mode of transport is initially my own car / van. Accommodation will be partly in nature in the vehicle, perhaps also in a tent, partly in permanent accommodations (mid-range hotels/hostels/private accommodation/…). Maybe also for a certain period in a month-to-month rented apartment. Depending on practicality, we will also travel by public transport (e.g., island nations). While traveling, of course, hiking, diving, and whatever else is nice and opens up access to new worlds. Known and unknown places. The trip is open-ended, perhaps lifelong. From time to time, also a return to Germany for about 1 month, especially to maintain contact with my parents. My financial situation is stable. I am not rich, but I am also no longer dependent on regular work. OK, for some, this – as well as health, athleticism, and resilience significantly above the average age – may also be a form of wealth. Your contribution to travel costs depends on your financial situation and is fairly between 0-50%. Keyword "(not) regular work": I document my travels and thus expand my financial leeway – but I am no longer dependent on it. A "compatibility test" is absolutely desirable, i.e., before the world trip, we should carry out a trial trip for a few weeks. If I have sparked your interest: Write a little about yourself and your interests and look forward to my reply (just as I am currently looking forward to your reply).
Sounds like a suitable travel buddy?
