Escaping the winter in Zanzibar

I am currently spending a wonderful holiday in Zanzibar (Fumba Town). Many Germans live here. However, I would gladly share a modern apartment with a female or male person. There is a beach (swimming all year round), restaurants, a café, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a pool, a hospital. Many houses are being built here, a mall and much more. A rental car will be available. I do a lot, mostly with German friends. But I also relax by the pool or at the sea. By the way, there is ebb and flow here. Who wants to escape the winter and is interested? Friendly relationship only, please. A non-smoker would be nice. Just take a look at Fumba/Town on the internet. With a visa (inexpensive), you can stay in the country, i.e. on the beautiful island of Zanzibar, for 3 months.
