Azores Island Hopping

In 2026 I would love to travel to the Azores, ideally as a round trip, meaning island hopping. The islands are very diverse. That's what makes them appealing. It should be a mix of hiking, culture, and nature. The inhabitants and the craftsmanship also interest me. Renting a car, taking the bus, and then continuing by ferry and/or plane – everything is conceivable. I wish to travel with a woman. Separate rooms are important to me. Accommodations can be holiday apartments as well as hotels and should be comfortable, but not luxurious. The desired travel period would be September. Short notice, June is also possible. I look forward to your feedback. Beforehand, we should definitely get to know each other and coordinate. Alternatively, I could also imagine a round trip in Montenegro. I am flexible with timing.
