January/February away from the German gloomy weather

I am planning for January and February 2027 and, depending on the experience, to spend time in somewhat warmer regions every year after that. Preferably somewhere where you don't have to fly, so you are also mobile on site. For this, I am looking for a pleasant travel companion for a shared accommodation where we can have a really good time together. A healthy coexistence of personal space for everyone and shared time over coffee, cooking, and interesting, deep conversations on equal footing. Maybe you also do yoga or something similar, which helps to find your center again amidst all the hustle and bustle. I look forward to a message with a short description of yourself and to an initial conversation about whether and how we can make our ideas compatible. I do need some time to warm up, but then I am a very loyal soul, and I wish for exactly this reliability from you too.
