Camper trip to Slovenia

Hi, I would like to drive from Greifswald to Slovenia with a converted van. Inside there is a large bed that can be shared. Or there is also the option to sleep with an extra mattress in the van. The route is not yet fixed. I want to drive from Greifswald to Slovenia. We can gladly brainstorm together where we would like to stop and what you want etc. I would be happy about a nice holiday together. The costs for the trip will gladly be shared.
