Slow Travel and Enjoyment Travel in Europe

I am a vital, independent, single (retired) woman, from the greater Passau area (this could not be entered in the filter) 74 years old, non-smoker, speak French and English and love relaxed travel (Slow Travel) with plenty of time for nature, culture, and culinary experiences. I enjoy beautiful landscapes (relaxed walks) special gardens, regional markets, good food, wine, regional festivals (concerts, opera) and much more. I particularly like the culture and culinary scene of France, but I also like traveling to other countries (primarily Western Europe) by car and would be happy if my travel companion enjoys driving and drives safely (I'm also happy to drive myself sometimes). I have no experience with mobile homes yet, but would try it out if there is enough space for privacy.
