Trip to Greece (Thessaloniki)

I have booked a flight to Greece with my ex-partner, which I can no longer cancel. I am looking for a nice female companion for a relaxed, fun trip in this way. My interests include motorcycling, diving, city trips, hikes, relaxation, good food, and surely more. I am just as open to other activities. I always enjoy new experiences. Thessaloniki is just a starting point for me, from which one could also explore all of Greece. So I'm not set on the city. I am open to destinations. Whether by motorcycle or car, it doesn't matter to me. More details can be discussed privately.
