On Thursday, August 6th, my son Arie, 23 years old, and I, Norbert, 62 years old, will travel to the Ardèche, a river in the south of France, and spend 16 days there in a house in a so-called French round village, which is fully intact. This means there is a bakery, bistro, restaurants, a garage (workshop), a flower shop, and a post office. A lively village! The place is located at the foot of the Cévennes, a mountain range, and in close proximity to the Ardèche, a paradise for swimmers and canoeists. The rent for the house is paid, but you will have to cover your return journey on August 22nd, your pocket money, and your food and drinks yourself, meaning you have to pay for them. Of course, we must get to know each other and exchange ideas beforehand to determine if it suits us to spend time together. However, we only have four days left for this! Unfortunately!
