Mountain Bike Holiday in Crete

I'm looking for a sporty travel companion with some experience in mountain biking for a relaxed bike holiday in Crete. Basic focus: Guided tours in the hinterland with selectable difficulty levels. So everything with measure and goal: no new records, but fun with the MTB in a great landscape among like-minded people, with great food, swimming in the sea and cozy chats in the evening. (However, it must also be said that it's only fun if you're not physically at your limit; in which case a rest day can also be inserted with relaxation by the pool or an excursion to the next small town).
