At its core, it's about a city trip – so lots of Art Nouveau, a bit of beach, and if time permits, also hiking. I like accommodation to be small and personal, more hotel than large hotel chains. It's important to me not to tick everything off a list: rather stay put in one place if it feels right, explore local markets, get into conversations with people.
