General Terms and Conditions

1. دائرہ کار

یہ شرائط و ضوابط پلیٹ فارم کے تمام صارفین پر لاگو ہوتے ہیں۔ رجسٹریشن کے ساتھ، آپ ان شرائط کو تسلیم کرتے ہیں۔

2. سروس کی وضاحت

The platform facilitates contact between people seeking or offering travel companions. The provider is not a contracting party to any trip arranged through the platform. No travel agency or tour operator contract is formed.

3. رجسٹریشن اور صارف اکاؤنٹ

Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old. Only one account is allowed per person. Your information must be truthful. Listings are manually reviewed before publication.

4. Free and Paid Features

Posting listings is free. Replying to inquiries about your own listing is also free.

Actively contacting other users requires a paid subscription – with the following exception: If you have at least one approved listing with at least two photos online (created or updated within the last 90 days), you can contact other users even without a subscription.

Prices vary regionally (Purchasing Power Parity). Current prices are displayed transparently before contract conclusion.

5. Contract Term & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew for another month unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration. Cancellation is possible at any time without giving a reason, directly within your user account.

6. User Obligations

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: commercial content without permission, sexual or pornographic content, harassment of other users, false identities, violations of applicable law. Violations will result in suspension without refund.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for content or behavior of other users, not for the execution of arranged trips, and not for damages arising from contacts via the platform. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

سیشلز کے قوانین کا اطلاق ہوگا، UN کنونشن آن کنٹریکٹس فار دی انٹرنیشنل سیل آف گڈز کے علاوہ۔ صارفین کے لیے، ان کے آبائی ملک کے لازمی قواعد غیر متاثر رہیں گے۔ تاجروں کے لیے، قانونی دائرہ اختیار وکٹوریہ، ماہ، سیشلز ہے۔

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider may change these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. In case of significant changes, you will be informed by email; silence after 30 days is considered consent.
