Hello everyone! We are looking for nice travel companions for the summer holidays, for a spontaneous and relaxed vacation this time in Turkey. About us: I am 50+ and traveling with my 10-year-old son. Since shared joy is double joy (especially for the kids!), we would be happy to connect! Whom we are looking for: Ideally, mothers and fathers with children of a similar age, from approx. 9 to 12 years old. Important beforehand: We are looking for like-minded people who value accommodations with their own separate rooms. This way, each family has its privacy, but you spend the days together. It's not about being stuck together 24/7, but simply having a great time together, perhaps going on joint excursions, or just eating together in the evenings. Key details about our travel plans: Period: 1 week flexible between July 18, 2026, and August 08, 2026 (summer holidays). Departure airport: Frankfurt am Main (FRA). Destination: Turkey – preferably the Turkish Aegean coast (due to the great family hotels and beaches) or the Turkish Riviera, Kemer / Fethiye / Antalya / Side / Alanya region. Board: All Inclusive (worry-free package for the perfect family vacation). Budget: Up to a maximum of €2,000 total budget for the two of us. What's important to us: Humor and respectful and relaxed interaction. We are open, easy-going, enjoy activities, like to go on excursions, and also enjoy relaxed pool and beach days in family-friendly holiday homes/hotels, resorts with pools/slides. This way, the kids can play together and splash around in the pool while we adults can relax with a coffee or a cold drink. Relax and perhaps aim for the next vacation destination in South-West Europe, Canada, or an English or French-speaking country where our children might find new friends and improve their language skills.
