Long-term Round Trip by Car, Camper, Bike, Ship

Hi, I'm 59, single, and would love to fulfill my travel dreams now that I have flexibility with time. As a woman, doing this alone isn't quite as exciting. And it's also more fun with a partner or in a group. I'd like to do long-term trips (so the travel time is worth it): New Zealand, South America, South Africa, Costa Rica, Cuba, Norway/Sweden, or other destinations, maybe even a world trip ;-). Around Italy, around the Iberian Peninsula. Hiking or e-bike trips. I have travel experience with cars/rental cars/campervans, self-organized, even from times before the internet. I also did a world trip as a photographer on a cruise ship. I spent 4 wonderful weeks sleeping and living on deck under the starry sky in the Caribbean on 2 sailboats. I can read maps, love guidebooks for planning a route, and enjoy being a co-pilot. But I'm also spontaneous, happy to stay longer where it's beautiful, or move on more quickly. Whether with a campervan, rental car, or backpacker (I only briefly tried this in Switzerland), I'm flexible. I would prefer private accommodation with locals to get to know the country and people. But small hotels/apartments/hostels are also an option. In a campervan, I spent 4 months in France/Spain with my dog (unfortunately, he's no longer with us), when Corona put a spanner in the works of our break from everyday life. I enjoy well-prepared food (from simple to upscale doesn't matter, it just has to be good), accompanied by a glass of wine or a drink at sunset. Along with pleasant, relaxed conversation or comfortable silence together. I think hiking or e-biking to get to know the area intensively is great. I enjoy round trips with rest days in between, but always at a relaxed pace. I am open-minded about destinations and travel styles. A cruise around South America would also be an option. I would most prefer to travel from October to the end of March. Or in the summer in Norway/Sweden or ???? If you have ideas: Let me know! Greetings from the Baltic Sea coast, Beate
