消費者（歐盟）的取消權

您有權在14天內撤銷訂閱合約，無須說明理由。撤銷期限自合約簽訂之日起計算。

行使取消權

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email to support@urlaubspartner.net). Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

取消的後果

若成功撤銷，我們將立即退還所有收到的款項，最遲於收到您的撤銷聲明後 14 天內。退款將使用您原始交易相同的支付方式進行。

取消權的提前終止

如果數位服務的執行（啟用訂閱）已在您明確同意並同時確認了解此舉將導致您喪失撤銷權時開始（§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB 類比 / 消費者權利指令 Art. 16 lit. m），則撤銷權將提前終止。

終止訂閱

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period – directly in your user account under "My Account → Subscription". There will be no pro-rata refund for already paid periods.

As a gesture of goodwill, we review refund requests in cases of technical issues or incorrect charges. Please contact us at support@urlaubspartner.net.
